Nigerian Afrobeats star Rema is reportedly set to headline Day 2 of Hey Neighbour Festival with Grammy-winning American rapper Kendrick Lamar in South Africa this December.
We love fun. We know you do, too. This Christmas, big things are headed our way, and we are excited. We hear Rema will be in South Africa to perform at the Hey Neighbour Festival. Of course, that’s huge.
The Afrobeats star will be headlining Day 2 of the festival alongside American rapper and multiple Grammy winner Kendrick Lamar. The “Bounce” hitmaker has been killing it all over the world with his massive hit song “Calm Down.” A remake of the song features American singer Selena Gomez.
The HEY NEIGHBOUR festival also boasts a great line-up. Previously announced international performers include RnB stars H.E.R and Khalid, Swedish House Mafia, and The Chainsmokers. The Chainsmokers and Khalid will headline the festival’s first day, Kendrick and Rema will take the second, and Swedish House Mafia and H.E.R will hold it down the last day.
The festival is scheduled from December 8 to 10 at the Legends Adventure Park in Pretoria. Phase 1 Weekend Passes cost R3,899 for General Access and R4,999 for the VIP experience. It will certainly be a great experience.
