How can we unblock you?

Playback

Select the play button beside any published track. The bottom player persists as you move through UBETOO. Browser autoplay rules may require the first play to come from a click. Qualified history is recorded after meaningful listening, not a brief preview.

Uploads

Artist and label accounts can upload MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A, AAC, or OGG. The private source is probed, transcoded, and turned into a waveform in the queue. Processing status appears in Creator Studio. A completed file then waits for moderation; upload does not mean publication.

Release and profile visibility

Empty and pending creator profiles stay out of public artist browsing. Public releases require at least one approved track. Private and unlisted playlists do not appear in public lists. Explicit tracks are filtered unless a signed-in listener enables them.

Rights and reports

Use Report content for harassment, spam, impersonation, safety, or labeling concerns. Copyright owners should use the formal copyright notice. Keep the reference shown after submission.

If you can sign in, update profile, explicit-content, and password settings from your account menu. If you are blocked or need a data-rights request, use Contact Support with a reachable email address.
