Terms of Service

Effective August 2, 2026

These Terms govern access to UBETOO, including its websites, streaming player, creator tools, community features, and support workflows. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly report unauthorized access. You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required where you live. A parent or legal guardian must authorize use by a minor where local law requires it. We may suspend access when an account creates safety, legal, or platform-integrity risk.

2. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant UBETOO a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, transcode, stream, display, distribute, and technically adapt that content only as needed to operate, secure, promote within, and improve the service. This license ends after content deletion within reasonable backup and legal-retention periods, except where others have lawfully shared it or retention is required.

You must control every right needed for the recording, composition, performance, artwork, name and likeness, metadata, lyrics, and distribution territories you submit. Uploading a recording does not prove ownership. You must honor collaborator, label, publisher, collecting-society, sample, and union obligations.

3. Listener use

Streams are for personal listening unless a displayed license says otherwise. You may not capture, rip, rebroadcast, sell, manipulate play counts, evade geographic or explicit-content controls, or automate access beyond documented interfaces. Downloads are allowed only when a track displays an active option and its specific license terms.

4. Community conduct

You must follow the Community Guidelines. Prohibited behavior includes harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, impersonation, spam, fraud, malware, coordinated metric manipulation, and unlawful content. Public comments and profiles may be reported, hidden, or removed after review.

5. Moderation and copyright

Uploads are processed and reviewed before publication. UBETOO may reject, limit, label, suspend, preserve, or remove content or accounts to enforce policy, comply with law, protect users, or reduce credible risk. Copyright notices and counter-notices are handled through the published workflow. Repeated or serious infringement can lead to account termination.

6. Service changes

Features may change as the catalog and operations evolve. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, chart placement, recommendations, revenue, or audience growth. Creators should retain their own masters, artwork, metadata, and business records.

7. Disclaimers and responsibility

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent allowed by law. UBETOO does not endorse every user statement or verify every ownership claim before a dispute arises. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are not recoverable from the platform operator.

8. Changes and contact

Material changes will be dated here and, where appropriate, communicated through the service. Continued use after an effective change means acceptance unless law requires another form of consent. Questions may be sent through Support.
